Where is Best West Storage located?
Our address is 217 Haseltine Road, Springfield, MO 65802. We're just off of exit 72 of I-44, minutes from the Springfield-Branson National Airport and the nearby communities of Battlefield, Plano, Willard, and Republic.
What are your office hours?
Best West Storage office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What are your access hours?
Customers have access to our storage facility through our secure gate from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM..
What security features do you offer?
Our entire storage facility is fenced and gated; the secure gate must be accessed with a code. (Each customer is provided with a code when renting their storage unit.) The property is also monitored by security cameras.
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access means that you can simply drive up to your storage unit to load or unload your belongings. This feature makes moving much easier!
Can I park my vehicle at Best West Storage?
Yes, we offer boat, RV, and vehicle storage.
Can I pay my bill online?
Absolutely! We're happy to help you get set up.
